I have come to the realization that my obsession with bottled water is near end. I have crossed over to the opposing side and am now moving on to tap water. In my argumentative essay I will explain why bottled water is not very beneficial, only convenient. Health effects on consumers, pollution of the Earth-contibuting to global warming, lack of accurate testing, and price inflation will give the reader insight on the growing concerns of bottled water. Thesis: Continued support of bottled water will negatively effect the world and its inhabitants.
Through research I hope to find out if health issues have been reported and documented concerning consumption of bottled water. I would like to find out what bottled water companies are doing to reduce the possible harmful effects of bottled water on the Earth. I would also like to research how both tap and bottled water are regulated. I want to find out if statements have been released from companies regarding concerns from consumers and their opinion of negative feedback made by the consumer.
